School Marketing Plan and Manager

Wednesday, January 06, 2010

The School Marketing Plan (SMP) and School Marketing Manager (SMM) are essential for success.

The Manager. The plan. The spend. The support. The evaluation.

The right person managing the right marketing plan, being given a realistic budget and support and using continual evaluation techniques and feedback are high priorities for a successful marking plan within your school.

This portfolio gets to the heart of these critical decisions. Often tough decisions need to be made and this section helps ease that concern.

Big or small budgets can be successful to varying degrees. Both big and small can be very successful. Likewise the opposite if used ineffectively.

Know your market and its needs and develop plans accordingly.

A longer term plan often eases that initial budget constraint. Success often leads to more success. Decision makers become open to more appropriate budgets.

Teachers Deserve Christmas Love

Teachers Deserve Christmas Love.

A big happy Christmas to all teachers. Teachers have such an admirable role within society - a noble one, in fact!

Often community members within society can lose sight of the input given by teachers to our sons and daughters, as well as to the special benefit to our society that teachers offer.

The future of our nations is impacted significantly by teachers.

Often we forget or are not even aware of the need to offer positive feedback to our teaching staff. We must not forget that theirs is often a thankless vocation, but a major challenge at that. Teaching is a most difficult profession. Being so much to so many and often unappreciated are all challenges for our teachers in this ever-challenging world.

To all teachers at all levels, elementary / primary, secondary and tertiary , thank you and a BIG HAPPY CHRISTMAS to you and your families.
